MMA Colleague Chat: Working with Volunteers

    Monday, May 13

    2 PM

Volunteers can play a vital role in an institutions success. Retaining, training and managing volunteers is important to a flourishing volunteer program. Volunteers however, aren't incentivized in the same way as paid staff and as a result working with volunteers can be resource heavy. Join MMA members to share and discuss the ways volunteers are managed at Michigan museums.

Location: The MMA Zoom account. You can join via phone or internet. Instructions for connecting will be sent with registration confirmation.

The session will be facilitated by MMA Programs Assistant, Yitzack Balmaceda.
