Interpreter - Tawas Point Lighthouse Historic Site

The Michigan History Museum seeks a fulltime seasonal interpreter at its lighthouse site in Tawas Point State Park from mid-May through Labor Day. The position offers a range of site operation duties including giving tours of the lighthouse, designing and presenting programs for all ages, coordinating and coaching volunteer lightkeepers, and conducting visitor surveys.  The interpreter will also assist as needed with operation of the museum store.

Starting pay is $9/hour; position does not include housing.
