2021 MMA Leadership Series
Thriving Museums require strong leaders, and MMA is committed to helping build the community of leaders for Michigan’s museums. This year-long leadership series uses monthly online programs to help build skills and increase knowledge for participants. Program content will alternate between developing who you uniquely are as a leader and understanding diversity, inclusion and equity, both of which are required for successful leadership.
The series is appropriate for all levels and roles in an organization, not just those with direct reports or who are in leadership positions currently. The series is geared toward the museum community, but others are welcome as well.
Participants can register for the entire series, which will be held the third Wednesday of each month at 10 am, or for individual sessions. Participants who have attended all twelve sessions will receive a certificate at the end of the year.
Members (login required) $40
Registration is also available for the entire series.
If you have been laid off or furloughed from a Michigan museum, please consider joining with the free temporary COVID-19 membership.
